Alessandro Fergola
- Born in Genoa on 03 June 1942.
- His father's family is of neapolitan origin (Salvatore, 1794-1874, painter; Francesco, 1798-1866, painter; Nicola, 1753-1824, mathematician).
- He was taught painting techniques, in particular to use oil-paints, by his father Romeo, lawyer but also a talented painter, since his adolescence.
- He has always cultivated his artistic interests and dedicated himself to artistic work with continuity together with is architectural studies and work.
- He lived and studied in Genoa untill 1959, in Parma for a few years and in Florence for several years where he attended the university and graduated in architecture in 1967. After 1967 he lived and worked in Genoa for a few years and then in London for twelve years. He lives and works alternatively in Genoa and in Paris since 1983.
